Community

TJS people out in the community they operate in

No company grows on its own. It grows inside a place, among people who chose to work with it.

As the group has expanded, so has what we owe the communities our companies operate in. We treat that as a working obligation rather than a gesture — time, resources and reach directed back toward the places that made the growth possible.

The approach mirrors how we run everything else. We hold what we build, so we are still there in year ten. That horizon changes what contribution means: not a campaign with an end date, but a standing relationship with the people, businesses and neighborhoods around our companies.

We would rather be measured on that over years than on anything announced in a quarter.
