TJS colleagues working through a plan together

Opportunity is not something a holding company hands out. It is something it makes room for.

Across the group, our companies work with entrepreneurs, professionals, independent operators and growing businesses — people building something of their own who need infrastructure, not instruction. Our role is to make that infrastructure available: the systems, the back-office support, and the reach of a larger organization standing behind a smaller team.

It looks different in every part of the group. In business services it means absorbing the work that would otherwise pull an owner away from their customers. In technology it means access to platforms a single operator could not build alone. In consulting it means advice from people who have actually run the kind of business being advised.

The common thread is simple. Anyone who works with a TJS company should come away with more capacity than they had before.
